Own innovation
  • Integrated thermal conversion process by means of gasification.
  • Design of the reactors that integrate this process and that are protected by patent.
  • Distributed control system (DCS) specifically designed from scratch. This system allows easy centralised control and autonomous operation of the Greene plants.

Efficiency. Due to the use of reactors adapted to each of the main sub-processes for the conversion to syngas (pyrolysis, gasification and thermal cracking), higher efficiencies are achieved than those achieved with other gasification technologies in which the thermal conversion take place in the same reactor.

Versatility. Separate reactors offer different options when designing any plant.

Autothermia. Taking advantage of the heat generated for self-consumption, achieving an integral autothermal process.

Homogeneous syngas. It allows to process wastes with a high heterogeneity, producing a homogeneous and stable syngas.

Easy ash removal. It allows us to work with waste or biomass with a high ash content, such as sludge from WWTPs (ashes>35%), which can be easily removed thanks to the horizontal piston flow concept of the gasification reactor
