The Ethics Channel is available to all Greene Enterprise staffas well as third-party partners. It is a channel to notify information on actions or omissions that may breach or infringe current laws or Greene Enterprise internal regulations.

CODE OF ETHICS

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE?

To promote a culture of compliance at Greene Enterprise and ensure the prevention, monitoring and sanctioning of actions and conducts that may constitute criminal or administrative offences.

HOW DO WE ACHIEVE THIS?

  1. Identification of possible criminal risks that Greene may be exposed to using the Criminal risk map.
  2. By implementing the Code of Ethics, which promotes the value, principles and conduct guidelines that must govern the actions of all Greene professionals.
  3. With a Criminal Risk Prevention programme in the company ‘Compliance System’, based on the Code of Ethics, containing policies (basic principles of conduct) and Protocols (specific procedure of action and preventive controls).

WHAT ARE THE PRINCIPLES OF ACTION?

  • Prevent and combat possible illegal actions by any Greene Enterprise professional.
  • Generate environments of transparency.
  • Act as indicated in the Code of Ethics.
